Process description of fining and sorting of fly ash
The system is made of ash from the original ash bin. It is fed by the spiral feeder. After the electronic weighing, the system is transported to the grinding head hoist after the weight of the air trough. The hoist is fed by the hoist to the pulverized machine for grinding. The coarse ash after the separation is sent into the mill inlet through the air slant and enters the grinding machine. A large number of fine materials are contained in the grinding material after the mill. The ash, once again, is fed by the hoist to the sorting machine, and the fine ash is sent into the finished ash bank through the subsequent conveying equipment. The tail of the mill is equipped with a gas box pulse collector for the mill ventilation and dust removal, and the fine ash collected by the dust collector is sent to the finished warehouse hoist by the air slant arranged at the bottom.
